The Abdominal Cancers Alliance is an initiative of Partners for Cancer Care and Prevention,
a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
OUR VISION
A future where every abdominal cancer patient receives appropriate and timely care throughout their cancer journey.
OUR MISSION
To empower and connect the abdominal cancers community to save and improve lives.
We are committed to saving lives and improving quality of life by connecting those facing abdominal cancers to the information and support that they need in their fight against abdominal cancers, including rare and advanced gastrointestinal and gynecologic malignancies. We are patients and survivors, caregivers and families, clinicians, and organizations - all working together to shift the paradigms keeping so many from reaching the care they need in time. By raising awareness with the public and care providers, making connections to resources and care, and guiding patient and caregiver navigation throughout the cancer journey, we aim to see that every patient reaches the care they need.

Navigation

We are the patient- and caregiver-focused central hub for education and connections to resources about peritoneal surface malignancies, including advanced gastrointestinal and gynecologic cancers, and the lifesaving Cytoreductive Surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (CRS/HIPEC) treatment option.

OUR IMPACT
Together, we are making a difference for so many facing rare and advanced abdominal cancers. We are committed to ensuring that no one faces an abdominal cancer diagnosis alone or uninformed. Professional Affiliations
We are building a body of professionals to advocate and provide expert advice and guidance for the benefit of patients and caregivers facing abdominal cancers. These are leaders in oncology, experienced care providers, and professionals across the healthcare industry.
As we embark with the Abdominal Cancers Alliance, we have assembled a core group medical and surgical oncologists at leading medical centers around the United States. Together, we are working to:
-
Help patients reach care providers earlier and be more informed.
-
Create a network of patients, caregivers, and allies to support the need for holistic care.
-
Ensure that patient- and caregiver-oriented resources represent the most accurate and latest information available.
Most importantly, we are building this network to save more lives!

Together we are part of the solution!

The Abdominal Cancers Alliance is an initiative of Partners for Cancer Care and Prevention (PFCCAP).
PFCCAP's goal is simple: We work to save lives and improve the quality of life for cancer patients through early diagnosis and timely referral to appropriate treatment. This was the genesis of our successful program focused on mitigating the obstacles women face in their breast and cervical cancer journeys in Colombia, and it holds firm in our commitment to serve patients and caregivers facing rare and advanced abdominal cancers. The organization built on its long trajectory of international successes to launch the Abdominal Cancers Alliance.

We envision a future where every abdominal cancer patient receives appropriate and timely care throughout their cancer journey.

Incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2011, Partners for Cancer Care and Prevention is an independent charitable entity.
